Jun 28, 2026 — Scanner methodology v1.8 — detection-honesty consolidation¶

Documented the 22, 26 and 28 June v1.8 methodology refinements: the absence-class honesty gate now covers M10/M11/M13, privacy-notice presence is judged on rendered content rather than HTTP status, unassessable capability areas are score-neutral, and a heavy-vendor timeout is reported as access-limited rather than unreachable.
