Generation Center

The Generation Center manages your AI document generation queue and document languages. Use it to monitor the progress of AI-generated documents and add languages to your privacy program.

Access: Go to Settings > Generation Center.

Generation Queue

The Generation Queue table shows all AI generation tasks for your workspace. Each row includes:

Column Description
DATE When the generation task was created
DATA CONTROLLER ID The Data Controller the task belongs to
TYPE The generation type (see below)
STATUS Current status of the task (e.g., Done)
ACTIONS Available actions for the task

Generation types

Dxtra uses several generation types depending on the context:

  • Documents (V0) — Initial document generation when you first set up your privacy program
  • Documents (Reassessment) — Regeneration of documents triggered by an AI Regeneration (when regulations change or business context evolves)
  • Recovery — Recovery generation for documents that encountered errors during initial generation
  • Purposes — Generation of processing purpose documentation

Add Document Language

Below the generation queue, you can add languages to your privacy program. The interface shows your current languages and allows you to add more within your plan's limit.

For example, the START plan supports 2 languages. If you have English (US) and Japanese configured, you have reached the START plan limit and need to upgrade to add more languages.
