Processors¶
This page describes the Processors screen in the Dxtra dashboard. For detailed workflow guides on onboarding, assessing, and monitoring processors, see Processor management.
Who uses this feature¶
- Business Owner: Manages vendor relationships and lifecycle
- Data Protection Officer (DPO): Oversees processor compliance and DPA execution
- Auditor & Regulator: Reviews processor documentation and compliance status
Screen layout¶
Data Processors table¶
The top section displays all onboarded data processors. Each row shows: - Processor icon and name - Brief description of services provided - Status badge (e.g. "Interconnected" for active processors)
Click a processor row to view its complete profile and details.
Sub Processors table¶
The right section lists sub-processors — third parties that your processors engage. If none are onboarded, displays "No onboarded sub processors found."
Onboarding sections¶
Onboard a Data Processor - Use the Select Processor dropdown to choose from pre-built integrations (Salesforce, Shopify, Stripe, SurveyMonkey, and others) - If your processor is not listed, click Refer Processor to request it - Dxtra pre-populates known details (DPA link, certifications, data categories) and guides you through onboarding
Onboard a Sub Processor - Use the Select Sub Processor dropdown to add sub-processors
Manage Processors table¶
The bottom section lists all onboarded processors and sub-processors with columns for: - Processor name - Type (Data Processor or Sub Processor) - Description - Details - Manage actions
Filter by Title or Processor Type using the tabs above the table.
Processor details panel¶
Click Details on any processor in the Manage table to view the complete processor profile:

| Legal Name | The processor's official legal entity name |
| Processor Type | Data Processor or Sub Processor |
| Description | What the processor does and what services it provides |
| Data Processing Agreement | Link to the processor's DPA |
| Automated Audits Requests | Whether automated audit requests are enabled |
| Certifications | Security certifications held (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, etc.) |
| Service Scope | The scope of services the processor provides |
| Categories of Personal Data Processed | Which data categories the processor handles |
| Processing Purposes | Checkboxes for processing purposes the processor fulfils |
| Legal Basis | The legal basis for sharing data with this processor |
| Data Processing Locations | Countries/regions where data is processed |
| Incident Response Plan | The processor's incident response procedures |
| Deletion Policy | How the processor handles data deletion requests |
| Retention Policy | The processor's data retention practices |
